We are Certified Sandy Utah Concealed Weapon Instructors teaching how one can obtain a Utah Concealed Weapons Permit, AKA Utah Concealed Firearms Permit. We teach one course for the experienced shooter who just wants and needs a Utah Concealed Weapons Permit, and one which is designed with the new shooter in mind, Such as the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course, and we do so by using the Total Participant Involvement training methodology. We stress more on active training then on lectures, and by learning and by doing. You get to choose which Utah Concealed Weapons Permit Course best fits your needs. We like to have our First Steps Pistol Shooting trainers, guide participants to develop the specified knowledge, skills, and attitude through the use of hands-on exercises and practical applications. This type of training environment engages your energy, holds your interest, and makes learning fun.

We are Certified Instructors for the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit, and an NRA Basic Pistol, and Basic Personal Protection In the Home, and Refuse To Be A Victim Instructors as well as Range Safety Officers. Remember we ARE your Utah Concealed Weapons Permit experts located in Sandy but we can come to you if needed. Our personal experience of carrying concealed weapons every day, all day long, gives our participants an added value. We, like you, are "citizens" who want to protect ourselves, family members, and friends, in case any unfortunate circumstance which might come our way, which hopefully it never does.

Owner/Instructor "Pistol" Pete Minenno is a Certified Concealed Firearms Instructor in the State of Utah. As well as a Certified NRA Basic Pistol, Personal Protection In the Home Instructor. With safety always being first, Pete is an NRA Range Safety Officer, and a "Refuse To Be A Victim"® Instructor. Pete is also a Bail Recovery Agent and has passed the State requirements to be able to carry a firearm as a "Bounty Hunter." He passed the same Firearms test that "POST" or the Police Academy Cadets must pass to graduate. Additional Training Pete has done, Advance Pistol Shooting, Lethal Force-Deadly Decision Making, Building Clearing, Defense Shotgun, Hand to hand Combat, Knives & Guns Tactical Defensive, 3rd Party Protection Training by Krav Maga Instructors from Germany, Denver Colorado Police Tactical Instructors, John Whitman from California, Pete is a Level II Krav Maga Student. Pete is also certified to perform CPR on adults and infants, and Certified in Basic First Aid.

Once the Owner and founder of Utah Futsal Association – Score Goal, Inc. an indoor soccer league for the last 10 years. This well rounded experience and the successful operation of that business, plus being a Graduate of the University of Utah in Speech Communication and a Minor in Economics, guarantees you excellent customer service and satisfied results with our new venture.
